At the advent of the microcomputer industry, he helped to program and market one of the first accounting software packages. He was an Assistant Vice President at an $8-billion, 100-year-old Seattle bank, where he led their first “Microcomputer Information Center” team. He’s been responsible for software sales at the $1-million per month level, performing in the top 5% of a skilled sales force. Kirk is also trained as a holistic counselor and coach, and has worked with hundreds of individuals and organizations, both in finding solutions to personal problems, and in providing business consulting and coaching services. He enjoys public speaking on technology and personal development topics, and has conducted comprehensive trainings internationally in a variety of disciplines, including Neuro-linguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Energy Psychology.
